Track your work time accurately with Helm ADE's built-in time tracking feature. Clock in when you start working on a project, component, PRD, or task, and clock out when you're done.

Switching Tasks
You can only have one active timer at a time. To switch to a different task:
Viewing Your Time
Today's Summary
The time tracking page shows a summary of your time for the current day, broken down by:
- Manual time - Time you clocked in/out yourself
- Agent time - Time from AI agent sessions (tracked automatically)
Recent Entries
Below the summary, you'll see a list of your recent time entries with:
- Source (Manual or Agent)
- Description
- Duration
- Date and time
Editing Entries
If you made a mistake or forgot to clock out:

Tips
- Be consistent - Clock in at the start of each work session to build accurate time data
- Add descriptions - Brief descriptions help you remember what you worked on
- Check your timer - The active timer indicator is always visible so you don't forget to clock out
- Review regularly - Check your time entries at the end of each day for accuracy
